Labai gera vieta, įėjimas į pastatą tiesiai iš pagrindinio pėsčiųjų bulvaro. Butas yra trečiame aukšte, tad matėsi miesto vaizdas pro langą. Butas modernus ir itin tvarkingas - atitiko tai, kas matosi skelbimo nuotraukose. Kondicionieriai taip pat nauji ir veikė kokybiškai.

Het appartement is zoals op de foto's. Echt super fijn appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2x2 persoonsbedden. Nette keuken met airfryer en nespresso apparaat. Ruime badkamer. De ligging is centraal. Hartje centrum. Veel fastfood eetgelegenheden en winkeltjes. Eenvoudig ophalen van de sleutel met duidelijke instructieberichten. Ik was er wat vroeger dan 16.00 en mocht en na contact om 15.00 uur al in.
Entree naar het appartement ligt tussen cafés in. De deur naar het complex is niet afgesloten. Iedereen kan er dus in. De eerste en 2 etage waren in verbouwing. Het appartement is gehorig, en tot 2.00 's nachts was muziek van de cafés heel hoorbaar. Het is daar geen moment rustig want na sluiten cafés komt de schoonmaakdienst. Balkon is super smal. De combi van super veel lawaai en dat er 's nachts iemand het appartement in wilde ( vast verdwaalde toerist) maakte het voor mij een negatieve ervaring. Ik heb de tweede nacht een ander onderkomen gezocht. Het bureau heeft getracht mij ergens anders onder te brengen zonder kosten, toen ik aangaf dat ik het appartement had verlaten en de sleutel had achtergelaten in de box. Maar ik had zelf wat anders gevonden. Andere wijk, waar ik me veiliger voelde. En ondanks gebaar van de organisatie mij iets anders te bieden miste ik bij de dame van het bureau empathie. Onveilig voelen vond zij maar onzin.
