Nice located in the center of Nikosia. Easy access and in close distance to the old city center. Many cafe´s, restaurants and shops nearby.
A lot of noise came from the near bars and restaurants. The shower and bathroom door could be renovated...

very clean, practical, tasteful modern furniture, & the entire package: elevator, easy access, air conditioning, & details such as a warm bathroom, precise instructions, useful information about logistics. A friendly & responsive host.

George sent us very detailed instructions on how to access the building and get into the apartments. Everything was straightforward and precise. I loved the experience.
I can't think of anything negative to say about my experience.
