The location was 15 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs which was very convenient, but there was also just the right amount of seclusion in the mountainous woods. The cabin was IMMEDIATELY welcoming; we felt right at home. So were our dogs!
It was such a relaxed atmosphere, yet every need was thought of - snacks, extra toiletries, a lighter for the candles (such a homey touch along with some houseplants). There was a bed, bowls and some treats for the dogs. It was the perfect balance of comfort.
The beds, bedding, towels, everything was top notch and comfy. The views are incredible! There is a a side yard fenced that has a grill and a table and chairs. The most BEAUTIFUL and comfortable screened in porch with incredible Mountain views - then also a HUGE deck with seating off one of the bedrooms.
Truly the best place we’ve stayed in Eureka and we’ve been going over 15 years on the regular. Highly recommend!
We regretted we had to leave…but we are already looking at a future date to book and bring friends!
The stairs to the bedrooms are a bit steep, but both have railings and safety gates, also well lit. We didn’t dislike the stairs, it’s just something to be aware of.
