Relax and recharge at this inviting lakefront home featuring four bedrooms, two spacious living areas, huge flat-screen TVs, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace.
The fully equipped kitchen makes family meals easy, while the large utility room includes a full-size washer and dryer. Downstairs, a generous family room offers plenty of space to unwind. A fenced area is also available for pets.
Primary bedroom — queen bed, main level
Second bedroom — queen bed, lower level
Third bedroom — queen bed, lower level
Fourth bedroom — twin bunk beds, lower level (a cozy room that is loads of fun for little ones!)
Please note: This property does not include dock access.
A pet fee of $65 per dog, per stay applies, with a maximum of three dogs. No cats Allowed
At the Lost Bridge Village Recreation Center, guests can enjoy a lakefront community pool from Memorial Day through Labor Day for $5 per person, per day( last 9 pictures of property). Families will also find a free playground, shuffleboard, a basketball court, and a lakefront picnic area with grills. Lost Bridge Village stretches across several scenic areas around Beaver Lake, including Whitney Mountain—the lake’s highest overlook. Fireworks are not permitted.
This peaceful, mostly wooded lake community is known for abundant wildlife and beautiful scenery. Most roads are paved. Hunting is not permitted. Please respect the neighborhood covenants and the privacy of full-time and part-time residents during your stay.
The home is just minutes from Lost Bridge North Marina. Boat launches are available at Lost Bridge North Park, Lost Bridge South Park, off Black Oak Drive in Lost Bridge Village, and at Ventris Boat Launch. Walking trails can be found at Lost Bridge North Park, 12485 Marina Road, Garfield.
Conveniently located about 30 minutes from both Rogers and Eureka Springs, the home puts you within easy reach of excellent dining, entertainment, and shopping.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The home is absolutely beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The setting is so peaceful and relaxing—it was the perfect getaway for our group. Everything was exactly as described, and we truly felt comfortable and at home the entire time.The owners clearly take great care in making sure guests have a wonderful experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and made some great memories here.Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay—we will definitely be back!

I normally don't leave reviews but I wished someone would've told me these things in advance. The house is very clean and well organized, loved that! Lots of room, it's very spacious for groups. Now the downside, there is very minimal service for phones etc. if you ever have any at all. The a/c has to be kept at 72 degrees or above or it will freeze and you'll be without any air for at minimum 6 hours. The plumbing has issues, although a family of four staying we didn't have any issues. There are signs in the bathroom that if you clog the toilet from not flushing often enough you will be responsible for the plumbing service cost. We tried watching the house provided Netflix/disney and problem with both. The first night there was no service for either to stream and the second night both services were shut off and we had no access to any streaming on the tv whatsoever the remaining of the stay. The pool table leans, so if you are an avid player this is aggravating. There is very minimal view of the lake and what seemed to us an easy walk/"hike" down to the lake but then large logs and such to where you wouldn't be able to get in the water without issues. As far as the roads to the house are concerned, they are well maintained but extremely curvy and you want to make sure you have good brakes as the roads are steep. I hope this helps someone as I said I would have like to have known this from someone's previous stay.
