Excellent petit déjeuner.
Personnel serviable.

The property itself was lovely, relatively new, very clean, and conveniently located in the heart of old Samarkand. However, the exterior looked unfinished, almost as though it were still under construction, making our first impression rather disappointing and even a little sketchy.
Unfortunately, our biggest mistake was taking Camila’s recommendation for transportation back to Tashkent instead of using the company we had originally booked. It turned into an absolute disaster. Our driver was traveling at just 60–70 km/h on a major highway, driving so strangely that we questioned whether he was fully alert. He even managed to get into an accident with a large truck!
What should have been a three-hour drive took nearly seven hours despite light traffic. We missed our flight and lost approximately $600 in airline tickets.
