Located in the heart of Florence, this stunning apartment is the perfect choice for those seeking an exclusive and prestigious setting combined with a central location. PARKING:
Florence’s city center is a ZTL zone, which stands for “limited traffic zone,” meaning special rules apply regarding when you can enter this area. This particular apartment is actually located within the ZTL zone, so if you plan to travel to Florence by car and wish to drive around and park, you’ll need to pay close attention to road signs, CCTV cameras, and access cameras (which display either a red or green light) to avoid receiving fines. Guests who need to drive within the ZTL zone to reach their apartment are advised to contact one of the private parking garages in the city center (the one closest to the apartment where you are staying) and obtain a temporary access permit.
Garage Lungarno - Borgo San Iacopo 10, Florence
Garage di Santa Trinita - Via del Presto di San Martino, 14, Florence
Upon arrival at the garage, guests must specify that they need access to the ZTL, and the garage will then record the vehicle’s license plate number and forward it to the appropriate police headquarters.
