Your dream vacation begins at this Mazet overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Just a 5-minute drive from the beaches of La Croisette and less than 10 minutes from downtown Sainte-Maxime, this cottage is located in a private park.
The Mazet was completely renovated in the spring of 2026 and is equipped with every amenity to make your vacation perfect; it features a uniquely landscaped garden 40 meters deep with a view of the sea. The garden features several terraces where you can enjoy the sun all day long, along with two lounge chairs and a sturdy, large garden table.
Inside, on the upper floor, there are two separate bedrooms (the larger bedroom has a double bed measuring 180x200 cm, and the smaller bedroom has a bed measuring 140x200 cm) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. On the first floor, there is a modern new kitchen, a sitting area, and a dining table.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, and there is wireless Wi-Fi; a washing machine, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric stove with oven, smart TV, Weber grill, Nespresso coffee maker, and electric kettle. The total area of the Mazet is approximately 40 m², and the private garden is 160 m²
Within the park, there is a large shared swimming pool with a view of the hills of the Côte d’Azur.
A private parking space is available in the garage, where you can also store bicycles.
