Mazet for seasonal rental in Sainte-Maxime in a private and secure domain with swimming pool, tennis courts
Perfect for Families!
The house has a beautiful sea view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez from the terrace but also from its private terraced garden. Semi-detached on 2 sides, it has a surface area of 67 m² and is south-east facing.
The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchen/living/dining room and terrace with view 😍, 2 bedrooms on the first floor (bedroom one with 1 queen size bed 160x200cm/d 30cm and bedroom two with 2 single beds 90x200cm d 25cm), 1 walk-in shower room, 1 separate toilet. The garden, accessible by the bedrooms, is of course private, outdoor furniture is at your disposal. A numbered parking space is reserved for you outside.
In the secure area, you will have free access to a large 25m swimming pool and a pool reserved for children, 3 tennis courts, a children's playground, 2 ping-pong tables and a petanque court. A clubhouse restaurant is available in the summer season.
This rental is close to the beaches and the town of SAINTE-MAXIME with all its amenities, but a vehicle is required (Cigales beach 2km5, or Ste Maxime town centre 4km5 from the farmhouse)
Athletes, trail runners or walkers, can access the forest directly without taking the car through a pedestrian access at the back of the estate (warning: access regulated according to the risk of fire).

Air conditioning in all rooms, high-speed wifi (fiber), Nespresso coffee machine, bed linen and towels on request with an extra charge of 20€ per person per stay (beach towel not included).
