About this apartment rental
Vacation Apartment No. 06 in the “Ulmenschlösschen” vacation complex is a 3-room vacation apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.
Relax in the approximately 50-square-meter living space. The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible via an open stairwell and a secure hallway. Inside this bright vacation apartment, you’ll find a large living area with a kitchenette and dining nook, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony. The beach is only about 1,000 meters away.
The light-filled living area is furnished with a couch and two wicker chairs. In the evening, the flat-screen TV or the stereo system provide entertainment and variety. The balcony is accessible from the large bedroom. On the small south-facing balcony, you can enjoy the sunshine in the fresh air.
The kitchenette is also integrated into the living area. Prepare your meals together in the vacation rental. The kitchen features a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a refrigerator, and, of course, a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The dining table seats 4 people.
You can relax on the large double bed in the first bedroom or in the bunk bed in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms in the vacation rental have closets where you can store your clothes. There are roller blinds on the windows to block out the light.
Of course, the vacation rental has a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The wet areas are tiled. Carpet has been installed in the children’s room, and the rest of the apartment features vinyl flooring.
A shared bike shed is also located right next to the building’s parking lot (spaces subject to availability). Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the building’s common areas. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi (subject to availability).

Strandstraße, the promenade of Kühlungsborn East, is about 300 m away. The complex offers coin-operated washers and dryers, as well as a bicycle storage room (space subject to availability). The vacation apartments are accessed via a staircase.
A free outdoor parking space is available for each vacation apartment right next to the apartment building.
