Vacation Apartment No. 18 in the “Strandstraße 16” vacation complex is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.
You’ll find this spacious vacation apartment on the first floor of Building 2. Enjoy a relaxing vacation close to the center of the Baltic Sea resort town of Kühlungsborn. Spanning 50 m², the apartment features two cozy bedrooms, a comfortable living area with a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The balcony faces west. The beach is only about 750 meters away.
In the cozy living area, you’ll find a comfortable couch and two armchairs, as well as a radio, a DVD player, and a flat-screen TV. From the living area, you can step out onto the balcony and enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air. Free Wi-Fi is also available in the apartment.
The kitchenette, integrated into the living area, features a 2-burner stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, a mini-oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A dining table for 4 people rounds out the living area of the vacation rental.
The first bedroom features a large double bed with separate mattresses (2 x 90 x 200 cm). Nightstands and a spacious closet are available for your vacation clothes.
Across from it is the second bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The apartment is also equipped with a high chair and a travel crib. Games are available for fun-filled evenings. The windows in both bedrooms have blackout curtains.
The vacation apartment has a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The apartment has PVC flooring; only the bedrooms are carpeted.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Please also understand that pets are not allowed in this vacation rental.
You can park your car in the designated space in the underground parking garage (max. parking height 1.50 m; not suitable for station wagons). Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle storage room in the underground garage. For guests whose vehicle is too large for the underground garage and who are staying for at least 7 days, 50% of the parking fees for a space in the EDEKA parking garage will be covered.
Coin-operated washers and dryers are located in the building’s common areas and can be used for a fee.
There is a seating area in the entrance hall of Building 1. You can use the free Wi-Fi there.

The property features well-maintained green spaces and a courtyard with a reading corner. In the main building, guests can use free Wi-Fi in the entrance area, which has a seating area. A common room with coin-operated washers and dryers is also available in the main building.
Each vacation apartment comes with an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tires). Please observe the applicable signage, as well as the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weights:
