This sunny and comfortable 2-room apartment (approx. 50 m²), located near the beach on the 1st floor (no elevator), offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring in the living area and bedroom is high-quality wood laminate; the kitchen area, hallway, and bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the spacious hallway, which features a coat rack, shoe cabinet, and mirror, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.

The bright and welcoming living/dining room features a separate seating area with a large, comfortable corner sofa and an armchair, an ottoman, and a coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, and a wall unit with shelves. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 10 m² sunny, covered balcony (facing south) with balcony furniture and a lounge chair —here you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the view of the greenery and the balmy summer nights with a good glass of wine…!

For your entertainment, the vacation rental features 2 flat-screen TVs (including a modern 55-inch smart TV with radio reception in the living room). In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions). A well-stocked selection of games (board games, party games, and card games) as well as a selection of books are also available.

The modern, high-quality open kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 2-zone induction cooktop, an oven with a microwave, exhaust fan, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and egg cooker. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The bedroom is furnished with 2 comfortable separate single beds (2 x 80 cm x 200 cm), a nightstand with a bedside lamp, and a large closet. The bedroom also features a TV.

The fold-out, comfortable fold-down bed (160 cm x 200 cm) in the living room provides additional sleeping space for 2 more people.

To ensure a good night’s sleep, both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with blackout curtains.

The bright and inviting bathroom (with natural light / window) features a glass-enclosed shower, a sink with a vanity mirror, a hair dryer, a toilet, a heated towel rack, and plenty of storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the entryway closet (with a shoe cabinet and mirror) in the apartment’s spacious hallway. In addition, the apartment includes a small storage room for suitcases and luggage.

If needed, a laundromat is available just a short walk from your vacation apartment (5-minute walk) for washing your vacation clothes.

You can park your car for free in a parking space (No. 8) belonging to your apartment, right next to the building; your bicycles can be parked in bike racks located in several areas of the residential complex’s courtyard. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right next to your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation rental.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

At the nearby restaurant “Feels” (Anglersteig 2), which is located right nearby and features a large outdoor terrace, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or treat yourself in the evening to flavorful dishes, select wines, or special cocktail creations. You’ll find many other eateries and restaurants within walking distance.

A laundry package (complete set of bedding—the beds are already made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial set for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by 4 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting our staff by phone.
