A spacious, cozy, bright, and airy 3-room vacation apartment for 4 people on 2 floors in the town of Hofstetten, in the Ortenau district, in the heart of the Black Forest. The vacation apartment is located in a vacation home with two separate apartments that are not connected internally.

HOST111: 3-room vacation apartment “KINAST 2” on 2 levels (access via an outdoor staircase and a separate apartment entrance on the 1st floor), approx. 70 m² of living space. Tiled floors; the two bedrooms have hardwood floors.
1st floor: open hallway with coat rack. Cozy living area with seating area and satellite TV. Open kitchen with built-in stove (4 ceramic burners, oven), dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dining area for 4 people, and access to a balcony with a panoramic view. Double bedroom with modern shower/toilet. Stairs from the living room to the attic (partially sloped): loft with seating area. Double bedroom. Modern shower/toilet.

Pets are not allowed, and this is a non-smoking property.
SPECIAL NOTE: Youth groups are not accepted.

LOCATION AND AMENITIES OF THE PROPERTY:
The modern, comfortably furnished, and very well-equipped vacation home “KINAST” is situated in a sunny location at the entrance to Hofstetten, above the main entrance road and bordering fields. It underwent extensive and elaborate renovations in 2020.

The vacation home consists of 2 separate vacation apartments (1 for 2 people = HOST110 and 1 for 4 people = HOST111) with no internal connection (each with its own separate entrance).

For shared use by both apartments:
Large terrace with furniture, an umbrella, lounge chairs, and a portable grill. Various lounge areas to relax in, with places to rest, hanging chairs, etc.). Separate, shared bicycle storage room on the first floor of the vacation home.
Approx. 600 m to the beautiful outdoor pool, approx. 700 m to the center of Hofstetten with restaurants, and approx. 800 m to the nearest bakery with shopping options. The nearest large supermarket is in Haslach (2.5 km). Marked cycling/mountain biking and hiking trails (e.g., Kinzig Valley or Elz Valley) start practically right outside the front door or are easily and quickly accessible.

AREA AND SURROUNDINGS:
The town of Hofstetten is located in the heart of the beautiful, forested, and hilly Black Forest, in the Ortenau district. There are many great places to visit, including Offenburg (30 km), the large amusement park “EUROPAPARK” (40 km), and the beautiful, historic city of Freiburg im Breisgau (45 km). French Alsace on the other side of the Rhine, with the beautiful and fascinating city of Strasbourg, as well as the well-known destinations along the local Wine Route (Riquewihr or Obermorschwihr), are also ideal for day trips and culinary discoveries (50 km).
