This newly renovated, non-smoking one-room apartment (approx. 25 sqm) is located on the 5th floor facing the lake and features a west-facing loggia with a magnificent, sweeping view of the lake. The afternoon sun, comfortable balcony furniture, and cushions make the apartment ideal for relaxing moments for two. From the entryway—which features a coat closet and a modern built-in kitchen—you enter the open-concept living/sleeping area with direct access to the loggia, as well as the newly redesigned shower room/toilet.
The living/sleeping area is high-quality furnished with a fixed double bed at a comfortable sleeping height (approx. 65 cm) and pocket-coil mattresses (approx. 23 cm thick), two comfortable armchairs, and a flat-screen TV.
The modern built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, a ceramic cooktop (4 burners), a microwave with grill function, and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are, of course, part of the standard equipment. The newly redesigned bathroom features a modern shower with an extra-low threshold and an illuminated shelf for shower accessories, an elegant vanity, a towel warmer, a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, and a modern toilet.
Optionally, you can book a duplex garage for just €8.00/day or an outdoor parking space for €14.00/day (limited availability).
