Cozy and spacious 1-room, non-smoking vacation apartment (approx. 44 sqm) on the 3rd floor with a north-facing loggia and ocean view (complete with balcony furniture and cushions) for up to 2 people.
The entryway with a coat closet leads to the combined living room/bedroom (with access to the balcony), the new kitchen, and the new, modern shower room/toilet.
The well-designed room features a comfortable couch, a dining area, a double upholstered bed (full-length mattress with topper), and a flat-screen cable TV.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard equipment.
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, a toilet, a bidet, a sink, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer.
A two-story garage can be booked for €8.00/day, or an outdoor parking space for €14.00/day (limited availability!).
