Disappointed

The property itself was clean and comfortable. The staff generally speaking had a good attitude.

1) motor bike rental. On our first day, we ordered a motor bike from the property and it was delivered late even though we gave instructions hours ahead telling them we had a fixed schedule and needed the bike on time. Then the bike broke down after 30mins of usage and we had to wait 3 hours for them to come get the broken bike from us and return our money. It severely affected the rest of our plans and made it a headache on our first day. 2) the villa had a bar not far from it playing live. Music every night while we stayed there. The windows had zero sound brooding and even with ear plugs it kept me up on many evenings even though we had 5am plans for surfing. The response we got from the hotel was that they have no control over it. Well, you could just get sound proofing windows? 3) the staff were clueless on how to manage anything on the property. There was a hand soap bottle broken from the bathroom and the staff wanted us to pay for it, which I had no issues with. But they had no card machines and expected us to do international bank transfer form something that was 12 dollars… I asked if they had any other forms of payment and the staff responded no. They had no idea how to solve problems only apologized for everything that went wrong but offered no solutions. In the end I had to go get cash from the atm even though we were going to the airport in an hour. Overall the property offers good hardware, but lacks staff training and software like card machines. Instead of apologizing for everything, maybe do something about the problem would be a better option. Especially if you are charging over 1000usd for a week’s stay.

i was lovely, walkable to beach, cafes, and night club.

everything, the interior, staffs were helpful and responsive

interior placement and layout need to be review to maximise and functional. For example cooking tools, drinking glass that placed too high for local tourist height average. dustbin placement in room was placed only at toilet and near make up table. i think you need to put one dustbin nearby the wastafel too.
