So many issues!
It is not suitable for families - nowhere did it mention that to access the 2 upstairs bedrooms you have to go outside. They are totally detached therefore unsafe for kids to stay in. We had to sleep a family of 5 in one bedroom!
The most severe problem was that the hot water tap in the bathroom scolded my 7 year-old daughter’s hand and left her with second degree burns. The water temperature was always unpredictable with shoddy plumbing. Precious little concern or help from the owner (Victor). Disgraceful customer service on his part.
Other issues include…
- air con faulty and needed fixing
- door lock at the top of the stairs didn’t work
- Hot water on the drinking tank didn’t work
- The power went in the whole villa
- WiFi was down for 3 hours
- The swimming pool pump was full of trapped air, so it made loud pumping noises all night.
- Downstairs toilet window leaks when it rains
The place looks ok in the pictures but in reality the patio doors do not close properly as are badly fitted with gaps everywhere. The floor is badly broken in the bedroom. There are floor to ceiling windows in all rooms that are paper thin. It’s all cheap and poorly done.
In 10 years of coming to Bali and loving our stays this is has been such a huge a contrast. The worst villa and worst experience.
One of the representatives at the management company was helpful and tried to get the owner to show some humanity. She offered 3 other villas but none were suitable due to either layout or location. That was the only help.
No real apology from the owner and no discount. Not even a token offer to pay for the doctor’s visit.
Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere!

Poor
area is near to places but still need to grab.
The air con is not cold enough. The house and furnishing is kinda dated. Definitely can be cleaner
