Nice and tidy place in the heart of Lively streets of Camden. 10 minutes to central underground.

Had a wonderful stay at this property which was very conveniently situated at Camden Town. The property itself was very well maintained and we had a delightful time. Thank you

Appartement très sale à notre arrivée, avec le personnel de ménage encore présent à 19 h alors que l’arrivée était prévue à 15 h. Lit rafistolé, soutenu par des morceaux de bois sous le sommier : une honte pour une location. Propriétaire de mauvaise foi, qui refuse de reconnaître les problèmes. Logement à fuir, expérience déplorable, je ne recommande absolument pas !

Nada,nos dejaron tirados en la puerta del apartamento

Llegando al apartamento ,o sea, en la misma puerta del mismo , después de haber recibido el código de entrada,siendo la hora de llegada confirmada con antelación con el propietario ,recibimos un mensaje del propietario ,q lo sentía mucho pero q no podíamos alojarnos ,éramos 5 personas ,un menor entre ellas..Nos dice q el chico de la limpieza ha detectado una fuga de agua y q lo siente mucho ...vamos q nos fuéramos ...cual será nuestra sorpresa que siendo nuestra hora de entrada en el alojamiento y teniendo en cuenta que el check out de los anteriores ocupantes era las 11:00,hacemos uso del código de entrada q se nos ha facilitado y encontramos maletas abiertas ,neceseres en el aseo ,camas sin hacer ...por supuesto nadie limpiando y obvio ni una gota de agua de ninguna fuga ,el apartamento estaba ocupado por otras personas y nosotros después de pagar 4 días religiosamente estábamos en la calle. Hablamos con el propietario del apartamento ,nos dice q no tenemos q estar ahí ( curioso porq éramos nosotros los que teníamos q estar precisamente) , después de mucho insistir y decirle q íbamos a denunciar dice q si queremos nos manda a otro apartamento ,q tiene en la otra punta de Londres, todo muy de fiar ...al final no sin antes insistir ,decide q como se ha pasado el periodo de cancelación ( manda narices ) nos va a devolver el dinero y q en una semana o así lo recibiríamos ... Conclusión.: 5 personas sin alojamiento el día de llegada a Londres ,tiradas en la puerta del apartamento con todo el equipaje ,buscando donde meternos ,por suerte encontramos un hotel maravilloso donde nos atendieron fenomenal ,pero tuvimos que hacer un nuevo desembolso de dinero ,cuando todavía no se nos había devuelto el dinero del apartamento y menos mal porq el apartamento dejaba mucho que desear...Adjunto fotos donde se ve que el apartamento estaba ocupado por otros inquilinos.Yo no sé lo que dirá el propietario ,pero tengo las conversaciones guardadas y fotos ....
