The location of the new-looking apartment complex is excellent, a 10-minute walk from King's Cross and St. Pancras stations, which offer public transport options. There is a nice shopping area within a short walking distance with restaurants (Coal Drops Yard, with a Waitrose) and the nearby Regent's Canal Towpath leads directly to Camden.
The apartment is spacious, with big windows. One of the rooms has a balcony, overlooking a street and the trains arriving to King's Cross, but the windows were quite soundproof.
We chose the apartment mainly because it has 3 separate bedrooms (in addition to the living area and the nicely equipped kitchen) with 2 bathrooms (one of them as in-suite within the master bedroom) as well as A/C (we stayed during one of the heatwaves this summer and it was exceptionally pleasant to return to a cool place in the evening).
Would stay here again on a return visit to London!
Although temperature controls are in each living space, it would be great to have some instructions on how to use them. The same is valid for the lights, there are quite a lot of switches and it was unclear which connect to which light. We figured this out only by trial and error by the end of the stay.
The sink in the in-suite bathroom was cracked.

Modern amenities, friendly concierge and the host replying quickly. The location is in a very quite area that requires either Ubers or the use of public transport to get around to the central areas. Plus walking down to kings cross/Euston station areas for transport was really hectic, crowded, and surprisingly dirty!!!
The washing machines dryer didn't work the entire stay and despite emails saying maintenance will be informed, no one came!! They did however replenish our towels, but I was stuck paying extra for outsourced laundry services.
