Good value for two friends or two couple sharing for a few days, in a decent location.

Good location, 15 minute walk to train station, and lots of public transport. Loads of shops and eateries /markets nearby.

First impression on the stairs isn't great but flat is good value for money for a few days stay anyway.

Leider enttäuschend – vor allem bei Sauberkeit und Zustand

Wir hatten ursprünglich diese Wohnung gebucht. Drei Tage vor Anreise teilte uns der Vermieter mit, dass wir die Wohnung stornieren sollen, bot uns stattdessen eine größere Wohnung im selben Haus an. Wir haben dieser Lösung zugestimmt. Die ursprüngliche Buchung bei Booking.com blieb auf Wunsch des Vermieters jedoch bestehen. Die folgende Bewertung bezieht sich daher auf die andere Wohnung Vienna Royal Vibesdie wir tatsächlich bewohnt haben. Die Wohnung liegt im 10. Bezirk. Die Gegend selbst hat uns nicht besonders gefallen, allerdings ist die Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut und es gibt einige Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung. Das Schlafzimmer war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, allerdings waren beide Vorhänge falsch herum aufgehängt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber.

Leider enttäuschend – vor allem bei Sauberkeit und Zustand Das Haus verfügt über einen Aufzug. Das Treppenhaus war allerdings überhaupt nicht beleuchtet. Das war insbesondere nachts unangenehm. In der Wohnung selbst gab es im Flur zwei Lichtschalter – einen direkt an der Eingangstür und einen am anderen Ende des Flurs. Das Licht konnte nur eingeschaltet werden, wenn beide Schalter gleichzeitig betätigt wurden. Wenn man nachts alleine zur Toilette musste, war das entsprechend sehr unpraktisch. Leider war die Wohnung bei unserer Ankunft nicht ausreichend gereinigt. Das WC war unter der Brille noch deutlich verschmutzt. Die Dusche war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand: Das komplette Silikon war stark verschimmelt, außerdem war die Fuge teilweise locker. An der Duschwand befanden sich Haare. Das Wasser lief beim Duschen nicht ab, sodass bereits nach kurzer Zeit das Wasser knöchelhoch stand und normales Duschen kaum möglich war. Die Duschtrennwand war ebenfalls defekt, da eine Rolle nicht mehr in der Führung saß und die Trennwand dadurch herauszufallen drohte. An der Wand befanden sich Zahnpastareste. Gegenüber bzw. hinter dem Heizkörper waren außerdem deutlich sichtbare Blutspuren. Das Wohnzimmer bzw. der Essbereich war nicht ordentlich gesaugt. Auf dem Teppich befand sich ein sehr großer Fleck, ebenso waren die Stühle deutlich verschmutzt. Auch in der Küche bestand deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf: Ein Teil des Geschirrs war noch schmutzig. Der Backofen war stark verschmutzt und roch nach altem Fett; auch auf dem Backblech befanden sich noch entsprechende Rückstände. Der Wasserkocher war in einem sehr ungepflegten und teilweise rostigen Zustand. Insgesamt haben wir von der Unterkunft deutlich mehr Sauberkeit, Hygiene und Pflege erwartet. Die gute Verkehrsanbindung, die Restaurants in der Umgebung sowie die saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind positiv hervorzuheben. Die genannten Mängel waren für uns jedoch deutlich zu gravierend.
