Clean, affordable and prime location property. I stayed for 6 days and it was the best decision to choose this property. Nearby tram, metro and grocery stores.
The TV was missing, but they gave me a fan and it was useful.

This little apartment was great for our brief visit to Vienna. It has easy access to both the underground and trolley stops, with grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants and pubs also close by. Our apartment was well laid out and adequately furnished, with a large balcony for sipping morning coffee, (or night time beverages). The hostess was very communicative, and friendly. Directions and instructions to access the facility were easy to follow. (Contactless check-in)
There were a few items that needed repair in the apartment upon arrival, and we immediately informed our hostess to make her aware.
Water pressure was awesome, though the shower was incredibly small.
Lack of air conditioning would make this apartment uncomfortable in the summer months.

The apartment was spacious, the bed was comfortable, although it creaked like the big wooden door to a haunted mansion, the heating was good and the water pressure in the shower was also very good, albeit it was a shower inside a bath on the wall of the long part of the bath. It was in the most part clean. The apartment was very close to both the tram stop at Quellenplatz and the U-bahn line at Reumannplatz in a busy multicultural area.
The apartment was soulless and very sparsely decorated with absolutely no personal touches whatsoever. There were no lamps in the living room, only the really bright main lights. There were no bedside lamps either, so reading in bed or planning for the next day was impossible. There was only one very basic bedside table on one side of the bed and only one socket at that side. There was nothing on my side of the bed. There was also a broken shelf in the wardrobe that had just been left like that. We were provided with only 2 clothes hangers.
The bathroom showed signs of damp around the door and above the bath. The bath itself had marks in it - one looked like a cigarette burn. The bath also felt flimsy and the floor of it wobbled. The only toiletries provided was a giant bottle of the cheapest 'Dusch-Gel'. The shelf under the bathroom mirror seemed to be at a 45° angle, and the toilet itself was dirty below the water line.
In the kitchen there was a space for a microwave, but there wasn't one - one wasn't listed, to be fair, but some pictures of the apartments showed microwaves in kitchens. There was also a panel missing from under the oven. There weren't even any sachets of tea or coffee that we've had in many previous short-let apartments.
There was a TV in the living area, but it wasn't connected to any aerial, cable, or satellite dish, so it was entirely useless.
When we arrived, the living room couch was made up as a double bed, even though we had only booked the apartment as a couple, so we could only really sit at the dining table. This also meant that the living room rug was folded up in the cupboard and there didn't seem to be a coffee table anywhere that was shown in some photos.
