Ráadásul a jó felszereltségen túl, alapvető dolgok nem voltak, pl. hajszárító, a hálóban lámpa, világítás a konyhapult fölött, mikró, akasztók hiánya.

Pristupačna lokacija, parking osiguran. Toplo, udobno, ugodno. Doručak ok. Zamjerka, malo osoblja. Sve ostalo super.

Odalar geniş, gayet temiz ve düzenliydi. Kahvaltısıda güzeldi. Çalışanlarda güler yüzlüydüler. Çok memnun kaldık. Bosnada son günümüz olduğundan Havalimanına işimize yaradı. Bosnaya geldiğimde tekrar konaklamak isteyeceğim bir hotel. Tavsiye ederim.

The hotel is new, clean, and in a good location. Overall, the property itself is modern and well maintained.
However, there were a few issues that negatively affected our stay. There were no “Do Not Disturb” signs or door hangers available, so we were woken up by housekeeping every morning, which was quite frustrating.
The check-out process was also unnecessarily slow, as we had to wait quite a while for the staff to check what had been used from the minibar. On top of that, we were charged more than four times the regular outside price for a single bottle of water.
It’s a nice and clean hotel with a good location, but these service details definitely need improvement.
