The hotel was very good. The rooms were spacious, and it was great that the windows could be opened. The staff were outstanding, from reception through to housekeeping. There were only a couple of minor drawbacks. The property is located about five miles from the Old Town, and the gym could have been cleaner.

Very nice hotel, lovely staff - close to the airport and a lovely walk to Bosna Spring. A good selection of buffet breakfast. I would recommend Cafe Orient, food was fresh and tasty and reasonable price. I hope to visit Bosnia again in the future and would definitely stay at Malak Regency Hotel again.

Otherwise great stay, but don't you dare to try to go to breakfast even 1 minute early!
