The gentleman at the front desk was a hoot. Very engaging, accomendating and aimed to please. My room faced the ocean and you can't ask for more that when staying on the coast.
The only problems here is the motel was under construction so it wasn't easy to get to my room and a long walk. I would still recommend this motel.

Location was great, oceanfront with view. Clean and comfortable. Pet friendly.
A little dated, slow/small elevator. Window seal was broken- although there was a nice view, it was clouded by the windows. There was a nicely located staircase to beach, but was blocked off.

There was no breakfast at this property & no coffee machine in room. We had an ocean view but could not see the ocean because windo was so dirty & cloudy.
Windows should be clean. They were so dirty that there was no visibility.
