Bad experience, bad customer service, poor facilities

Not bad location

The host was completely unhelpful and ignored everything we told him about the apartment. He denied all the issues and refused to refund us or cancel the booking due to the presence of bugs in the room. The room does not match the listing at all: No proper AC: There is no real air conditioner installed—only a portable unit with a hose sticking out of an open window. Bugs & Noise: Because the window has to stay open for the hose, bugs easily get inside, and outdoor noise comes right through. Unbearable Heat: The portable unit did not cool the room down whatsoever, leaving it extremely hot. Zero Soundproofing: You can hear constant, loud noise from neighboring apartments, including heavy footsteps and TV sounds even at low volume.
