Large apartment with troubled “tech”

Large and has a terrace.

There is no reception. Everything online and complicated. Mobile lock did not work, so we had call neighbours at 11pm to ask to let us into the building. Wifi didnt work as well.

Never again

Extremely disappointing experience, made worse by the complete lack of support from the host. Before making the reservation, I specifically informed the host that we would be arriving late due to work commitments. Unfortunately, when we arrived at approximately 10:30 p.m. after a very long day, the automatic entrance door system did not work and we were unable to access the building. I immediately called the host and sent multiple WhatsApp messages. Despite the messages being viewed, I received no response and no assistance whatsoever. We were left stranded outside at night with no way to enter the property. The only solution was to ring the bells of other residents and ask them to let us in, which was both embarrassing and highly inappropriate at that hour. As paying guests, we should never have been placed in such a situation. Once we finally gained access to the apartment, we discovered that there was no toilet paper available in the bathroom and not even basic paper towels in the kitchen. While this may seem like a minor issue, it further reflected the lack of attention to even the most basic guest needs. Most disappointing of all, the host never contacted me afterwards to apologise, explain what had happened, or acknowledge the inconvenience caused. I had personally booked this accommodation for a business trip, and one of the other guests was a director of my company. The experience reflected poorly on me and created an unnecessarily uncomfortable situation for everyone involved. I travel frequently for business and understand that issues can occasionally arise. However, responsiveness, support and basic hospitality are the minimum expectations. Unfortunately, this property failed on all three counts. I would not recommend either this apartment or this host.

casa molto bella ma per il prezzo pagato si doveva fare molto meglio, il rapporto qualità prezzo non mi ha soddisfatto.

casetta bellissima, spaziosa e con un bellissimo terrazzino, davvero carina

la struttura è all'ultimo piano senza ascensore e non mi pare che questo fosse stato specificato prima della prenotazione. Accedervi è molto confusionario, a volte non funziona il portone d'ingresso e contattare la struttura è stato abbastanza difficile. Il letto matrimoniale in realtà è molto piccolo, circa una piazza e mezzo, e non c'è la carta igienica, bagno schiuma, shampoo… Mancava praticamente tutto tranne gli utensili della cucina. Fornivano anche caffè, ma senza macchinetta per fare il caffè, ma la cosa più grave è stata appunto la mancanza di carta igienica e sapone per le mani. Inoltre la pulizia lasciava a desiderare, soprattutto quella del bagno, c'erano ragnatele e la doccia non era pulitissima.

Schöne neu renovierte Wohnung im dritten und letzten Stock eines schönen Mehrfamilienhauses. Sehr hell mit schöner großer Terrasse. Sehr schönes separates Badezimmer großes Zimmer mit Sofa, Esstisch und gemütlichem Sofa und , tolle Terrasse, sehr gemütliches Bett.
