Everything! The apartment facilities were excellent and located just minutes walk from the Old Town and beach. Our host was fantastic and could not have been more helpful.

We had a wonderful experience at this apartment. The location is excellent. The room was clean and well maintained. Communication with the host was easy, quick, and pleasant, which made our stay very smooth.
The only suggestion for improvement is the shower. Water sometimes leaked from the shower area into the bathroom, and we were worried about flooding the neighbors. It caused some inconvenience while showering.
Overall, it was a very good experience, and we would happily stay here again.

The view is beautiful and the furniture is great.
Unfortunately, the entire building was under construction during our stay, both inside and outside. There was scaffolding surrounding the building, as well as ongoing construction work affecting common areas, including two of the elevators, which made the overall experience far from ideal.
Secondly, considering the price we were paying, we expected a much better bathroom. Whenever you take a shower, the entire bathroom floor gets wet, and the water can sometimes even leak out toward the entrance, meaning you then have to mop the floor yourself. There was also no garbage bin in the bathroom upon arrival and no proper ventilation or window.
Moreover, the property is advertised as a one-bedroom apartment, but in reality it is a studio. There is absolutely nothing separating the bed from the rest of the living space. There are also two lamps placed on either side of the bed, yet there are no nearby plugs for them, which makes them effectively unusable.
The property also advised that they would provide a few espresso capsules, which we feel should be a basic inclusion when a property is marketed as a luxury stay. Despite repeatedly following up, the capsules were never provided throughout our entire stay.
To their credit, they did eventually provide a kitchen towel and a garbage bin for the bathroom, but only on the third day of our stay, when we were already due to leave the following day.
Overall, several of these issues may seem small individually, but together they significantly affected the experience, particularly given the price point and the way the property is marketed.

I liked the location and the appearance of the apartment
There wasn’t enough toilet roll or towels and when I asked for more only got 2 more toilet roll and only had 2 towels for the whole holiday
