Superbe appartement avec vue sur la mer.

Appartement très bien situé , en plein centre de Marbella, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Tout était parfait : l’emplacement, l’appartement et le séjour. Nous avons passé un excellent moment. Je recommande vivement

Objet : Réclamation urgente – Douche inutilisable et intervention non résolue dans l’appartement Bonsoir, Je souhaite signaler officiellement un incident concernant l’appartement réservé par l’intermédiaire de Booking.com. Nous sommes arrivés vers 15h00 et avons trouvé une personne qui effectuait encore le ménage dans l’appartement. Cette personne nous a demandé de revenir environ 30 minutes plus tard. Nous sommes finalement revenus environ 1h30 après et avons constaté que cette même personne était toujours présente, accompagnée d’un autre homme qui tentait de réparer le mitigeur de la douche. Ils sont restés plus d’une heure dans l’appartement, sans parvenir à effectuer la réparation. Avant de partir, ils nous ont indiqué qu’ils reviendraient pour résoudre le problème. Cependant, personne n’est revenu et la douche reste inutilisable. Cette situation nous cause un préjudice important : nous avons réservé et payé un appartement censé disposer d’une salle de bain et d’une douche pleinement fonctionnelles. Il n’est raisonnablement pas possible de séjourner plusieurs jours dans un logement sans pouvoir se doucher. De plus, une partie importante de notre première journée a été perturbée par le ménage tardif et les différentes interventions dans l’appartement, sans que le problème soit finalement résolu. Nous demandons donc à Booking.com d’intervenir auprès de l’hébergement afin qu’une solution immédiate nous soit proposée : réparation urgente de la douche ou, si cela n’est pas possible rapidement, relogement dans un hébergement équivalent ou supérieur sans frais supplémentaires. Nous demandons également que cette réclamation soit officiellement enregistrée auprès de Booking.com, afin de préserver nos droits concernant une éventuelle demande de remboursement ou de compensation pour la période pendant laquelle le logement n’a pas été pleinement utilisable.
