It is located in a residence with a swimming pool overlooking the sea, sunbathing and wading pool for children. There is also: tennis court, petanque court, ping-pong table, basketball court and a playground for children. 5 minutes from the center of Les Issambres and its beaches.
On the first floor, an elegant bright living room, with a spacious fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, induction hob...) and a welcoming living room with sofa bed 140x190 (mattress on the floor, visible on photos)
Upstairs, a bedroom with a magnificent view of the sea, equipped with top-of-the-range bedding (160x200), a dressing room, a desk with TV, a contemporary bathroom with walk-in shower, a washing machine and separate suspended toilets for absolute comfort.
The apartment is completely open (no door to the bedroom).
Outside, garden furniture and a Weber barbecue will offer you the opportunity to have lunch in front of a superb panorama.
The residence is 5 minutes from the seaside, and the center of Les Issambres.
The port of Les Issambres in collaboration with the green boats will allow you to reach Saint-Tropez in 25 minutes of crossing.
Household linen and towels are provided (be careful to bring your towels for the beach and the pool. We also offer to rent towels on request)
