About this house rental
Pretty semi-detached mazet in the residence "Le Petit Village" where the Provençal atmosphere emerges - closed and quiet, ideal for a family of up to 4 people.
Very well equipped for families (games, buoys, snowshoes, chips,...).
Description:
1. On the first floor:
- an entrance hall with cupboard,
- the bathroom: a shower, a sink,
- a separate toilet,
- the equipped kitchen (with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, MO oven, kettle, coffee machine, crockery, utensils and table linen) is open to the living room (with tables, chairs and armchairs, sofa, TV, etc.),
- a beautiful terrace of 14 m2 with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
2. Upstairs:
- a bedroom with its 160*200 cm bed, and its private toilet (WC+sink+bidet),
- a cabin room containing a 120*190 cm sofa bed.
Outside:
- a private parking space (only 20 m from the accommodation).
About the residence "Le Petit Village":
- located in the Col du Bougnon district, 3 km from the centre of Les Issambres and its beaches, in a quiet, sunny position on the hill.
- an infinity pool (10 x 25 m, open in summer from 15 May to 30 Sep.) as well as a wading pool for the little ones,
- a tennis court,
- a bowling alley (ideal for petanque and/or molkky game),
- a play area where children/teenagers can exercise (slide and sandcastle), a ping-pong table, a beach volleyball court, a basketball hoop and
a handball/football field.
In the surrounding area:
- the supermarket is 3 km away,
- a large shopping mall 8 km away,
- the first restaurant at 2.5 km,
- a bakery 3 km away,
- the "Saint-Raphael TGV" train station 16 km, sandy beach 3.5 km away,
- the Thalasso "Les Issambres" at 3.2 km,
- the marina at 3.5 km,
- the golf course (18 holes) 10 km away,
- many attractions nearby such as Aqualand and Luna Park at 12 km, Saint-Tropez/Ramatuelle at 23 km, Port-Grimaud at 16 km, Sainte-Maxime at 8 km. Hiking: Massif des Maures at less than 1 km, Massif de l'Esterel at 20 km.
Important Notes:
- easy car access by exit number 38 - Fréjus-Est on the A8 motorway, then Route du Col de Bougnon, Direction "Les Issambres" district: Coming by car is recommended but it is still possible to come by plane/train + shuttle-bus which will drop you off at the entrance of the residence.
- No elevator in the mazet (stairs to access the rooms).
- Residence with electric gate. The keys and code will be handed over on site.
