To celebrate the launch, you can take advantage of an attractive special offer: For bookings with a departure date by July 25, you’ll receive up to a 40% discount. For bookings with a departure date by August 15, you’ll receive up to 20% off.
The discount applies only to the base rental rate. Additional services and fees are excluded from the discount. The discount is already factored into the offer.

**Living & Well-Being**
The bright living area combines living, dining, and cooking in one open space. The open kitchen fits perfectly with the modern living concept and is equipped with a Nespresso machine. The high-quality new furnishings create a clean and modern overall look. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment provides pleasant warmth in every season. From here, you have direct access to the terrace. The gas grill is perfect for relaxing outdoors. A TV is available in the living area.

**Sleeping**
The separate bedroom features a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. An additional TV ensures your comfort here as well.

**Wellness Bathroom with Infrared Sauna**
The modern bathroom is equipped with an infrared sauna. So after a day at the beach or a walk through Grömitz, you can enjoy soothing warmth right in your accommodation.

**Services & Extras**
The allergy-friendly amenities make the apartment comfortable even for guests with sensitivities. Pets are not allowed. There is an elevator in the building. Your apartment includes an underground parking space. Please note that the maximum clearance height is 2.10 meters. Inside the apartment, a separate storage room offers you additional storage space. A washer-dryer is also available for your use. The underground parking garage also features a lockable bike storage room with charging stations for bicycles. A ventilation system and a photovoltaic system are part of the project.

**Bedding & Towels Optional**
Bedding and towels are not included. You can add them as an option during the booking process for your vacation or directly through the relevant service provider after booking.

**Location & Surroundings**
MeerNah Liebe is centrally located in the heart of Grömitz. The beach, promenade, and pier are all within easy walking distance. The spa gardens, cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and shopping options are also nearby. The marina, the Grömitzer Welle, and other recreational activities will enhance your vacation on the Baltic Sea.

**Note on the Surroundings**
There is currently a construction site behind the house. This may occasionally result in noise and obstructed views in the immediate vicinity. This circumstance has already been factored into the pricing and does not entitle you to further requests for a rent reduction.
