Amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a cozy sleeper sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, stovetop, oven, and microwave. The separate bedroom ensures restful nights. A soothing infrared sauna awaits you in the bathroom.
The sunny rooftop terrace offers the perfect spot for relaxing. For families, a high chair, travel crib, and city scooter are available. An underground parking space and a lockable storage room for bicycles and sports equipment are also included with the apartment.
The location is ideal: the beach, promenade, and pier are only about 300 meters away. Bakeries, restaurants, and shopping are all within easy walking distance. The spa gardens are located directly across the street. Here you can enjoy the perfect combination of relaxation, nature, comfort, and short distances.

There is currently a construction site on the neighboring property. This may result in disturbances due to construction activities. This has been taken into account in the rental pricing. Subsequent complaints will not be accepted.

A very nice, large, modern, and well-equipped apartment. Central location right by the sea, yet still quiet. After we complained about a stain on the bedding, it was replaced with fresh sheets that very same evening. We were very satisfied and would come back anytime
