About this apartment rental
The “Meeresloge” apartment (penthouse) is located on the 4th floor of the new “Meerblickvilla” complex, right on Großenbrode’s South Beach. The light-filled living area is divided into a cozy sofa and TV corner and an open kitchen area with an adjoining kitchen counter that can also be used as a dining table. Enjoy the stunning view of the sea while you have breakfast and watch the seagulls playing on the waves. A special highlight is the south-facing balcony with its own beach chair and balcony furniture for relaxing—from up here, you have a truly prime view! The kitchen area is fully equipped and has everything you could want: in addition to a fully automatic coffee machine, there’s also a microwave, an oven, a small freezer, and a dishwasher. Both bedrooms are each equipped with a comfortable Hülsta box-spring bed (180×200 cm) and a TV. The master bedroom features its own restroom, as well as access to the wellness bathroom with a large, private sauna, bathtub, and rain shower. The second bathroom also features a floor-level rain shower. There is ample storage space in the walk-in closet for your vacation wardrobe and luggage.
This exclusive penthouse apartment impresses not only with its stunning ocean view but also with its high-quality and functional furnishings. Among other things, a PlayStation with games and a telescope are provided.
The apartment includes a private underground parking space. Bicycles can be conveniently parked and locked in front of the building.
---> Note: The elevator in the building only goes up to the 3rd floor; the attic can be reached from there via the stairs.
The “Sea View Villa” is situated in a prime location just under 50 meters from the beach! And in general, the house is a great starting point for everything you might want to do on vacation:
Restaurants, a playground, a skate park, and kiosks are all in the immediate vicinity. A bakery, bike rentals, and—for the more athletic guests—a fitness center can also be found within an 800-meter radius.
You can conveniently park your car in the house’s parking lot (usually an underground garage)—and feel free to leave it there. It’s best to get around here on foot or by bike. Public buses run several times a day to Heiligenhafen or Fehmarn, so you’ll have plenty of flexibility. In general, Großenbrode is a great starting point for all kinds of bike tours: you can reach Heiligenhafen in just over an hour—a bit faster on an e-bike—or you can enjoy the unique view from the Fehmarnsund Bridge and bike directly to Fehmarn.
*Many offers are seasonal and subject to availability; fees apply; subject to change! If you’re dreaming of gently sloping beaches, glowing sunsets, and relaxation for the whole family—then come to Großenbrode on the Fehmarnsund. The wide, sandy Baltic Sea beach is perfect for digging in the sand and building sandcastles. Little water lovers and swimming enthusiasts can splash around to their heart’s content in the shallow Baltic Sea. Nearby, you’ll find shopping, playgrounds, restaurants, and a variety of recreational activities. Großenbrode has its own train station. The island of Fehmarn is only about 4 km from Großenbrode, and the Warder town of Heiligenhafen (about 10 km away) also invites you to visit. Here, in addition to the traditional fishing port, you’ll find one of Germany’s largest and most modern marinas, a pier over 500 meters long, and a kilometer-long swimming beach.
