This beautiful, 79 m² Scandinavian-style vacation home combines coziness, comfort, and an excellent location within walking distance of Großenbrode’s South Beach. Thanks to its well-designed layout, it’s ideal for families, couples, and a relaxing vacation with multiple generations. The house comfortably accommodates 6 to 8 people—and your dog is, of course, also welcome.

The vacation home is spacious, bright, and tastefully furnished. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and create a friendly, relaxed atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive. A fan is also available to keep the temperature comfortable on warm days.

The three bedrooms are slightly offset from one another, offering a high degree of privacy. A spacious bedroom with a double bed is located right next to the large spa bathroom, which features a whirlpool tub, a private sauna, and a circular shower. The other two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—are located on the other side of the house near the second bathroom, which features a modern open shower.

The cozy alcove offers two additional sleeping spaces with a double bed—a particularly popular retreat for younger family members. Convenient wall mounts for smartphones are provided in the bedrooms. A crib and a high chair are also provided. Toys and children’s books are available for the little guests, while various board games ensure entertaining evenings together.

All electrical outlets in the vacation home are equipped with child safety covers. Some also feature convenient USB and USB-C ports, allowing you to charge smartphones and other devices conveniently without the need for additional power adapters.

The open, centrally located living and kitchen area forms the cozy heart of the house. This is where the whole family comes together. A large, comfortable sofa area invites you to relax, read, and watch TV together. At the dining table, which stands slightly apart, you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast, play games together, and savor meals as a family. In the living area, a wood-burning stove and tasteful furnishings ensure particularly cozy moments. A selection of books rounds out the amenities for a relaxing vacation.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your favorite meals: a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and a coffee maker. A smartphone mount on the kitchen countertop is especially handy if you want to look up recipes, listen to music, or keep an eye on your device at all times.

From the living area, you have direct access to the partially covered terrace, which is equipped with a protective railing. A garden table and chairs invite you to enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the fresh air or relax on summer evenings. Two lounge chairs are also available for your use.

A grill is available for cozy barbecue evenings. Its high-quality stainless steel grill grate can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher. Behind the house, you’ll also find a lawn that offers additional space for sunbathing, relaxing, and playing.

Both bathrooms are equipped with comfortable underfloor heating. While the larger bathroom, with its whirlpool tub, private sauna, and circular shower, serves as a personal wellness area, the second bathroom offers additional comfort with its open shower—especially practical when traveling with a group. A washer with a dryer function is also part of the extensive amenities.

Facilities:

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two vacation villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.

At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing soccer, basketball, or tennis.

Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our front desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.

Each vacation home comes with a free parking space. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest parking lot at the resort’s entrance free of charge.

There’s plenty for kids to explore, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 meters away, on the way to the beach, there’s a large adventure playground nestled among the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.

For vacationers traveling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly vacation homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing vacation with your four-legged friend, with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m².
