Suan, Fernando and the rest of the cree were fantastic. Always with a smile and willing to make you feel as at home.
Rooms are big, clean and with all the facilities. Breakfast is great, and there is also option to enjoy the dinner on site. We had dinner twice, and it is totally reccomended.
Location is also good, within a walking distance to the town center. But also far enough from it to feel calm from traffic noise.

The property is close to city centre and is very well kept. What stood out for me was the exceptional hospitality and cleanliness. The staff took care of every little need- From finding transportation for me to offering me some extra butter cake with the afternoon tea. I was travelling solo and had planned an early morning hike to Horton Plains. Tuan and his team ensured that I had everything needed in my bag , gave me a water bottle and even provided late breakfast upon my return. My stay here was unforgettable because of the warmth with which they treated me, and of course due to the clean and tidy property.

This boutique bungalow has a few rooms and the staff are absolutely lovely. The highlight for me was the restaurant. The chef is an incredible cook and prepared a feast for us on both nights.
There is a straw like mat on the floor of most of the living and bedroom areas. Whilst the staff said they vacuum it, I have reservations that it is difficult to remain clean. I understand that it can get cold and hence, it prevents people from walking on a cold floor but I would rather see this stripped for cleanliness. The bathrooms are renovated but the hot water system did not work properly.
