Location excellent, just up from the bus stop and centre of town
Location certainly restful. Yougandharan exceptional in helping with local sights and ongoing transportation. Nice breakfast.
All good

The staff was extremely professional and helpful. He arranged a car to Ella for us at a price comparable to Uber Intercity, which even included two sightseeing stops along the way. I highly recommend this near and clean, budget-friendly hotel to anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya, especially since all the popular attractions are just a few kilometers away.
1. The bathroom floor stayed a bit wet.
2. The shower had very low water pressure.

Everything went well. Such a lovely place to stay. Our host (Darren) was very attentive and helpful. Offering us a lot of information for places to eat and how to get there etc. We did not have SL Rupee to pay as we arrived, but that was OK. They were very relaxed and allowed us time to get money in town etc. We felt no pressure at all. We had 4 rooms booked as a family and friends group. I believe we had the place to ourselves. So it was nice to be able to relax and play cards and have a couple quiet drinks in the evening after we went out for dinner. It was a bit wet when we arrived so it was nice to just chill out. The location was quiet and cosy. The breakfast was fabulous. Such good value given what we paid to stay there, I would definitely stay there again.
There was no dislikes. I highly recommend this residence. I would stay here every time I go to Nuwara Eliya.
