Extremely disappointing and misleading experience!

We were extremely dissatisfied with the experience. The fact that our questions were completely ignored after booking, the exact location was only revealed on the day of arrival, and the accommodation was so different from the advertised photos and description made the entire experience feel deeply misleading. We would strongly recommend that Booking.com investigate this property and verify the authenticity of its photos, location and advertised facilities.

Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and, in our opinion, seriously misleading. The apartment was advertised on Booking as a modern and luxurious 3-bedroom apartment, with photos that appeared to show a completely different, high-end property — possibly even rendered images rather than real photographs. However, the apartment we actually arrived at was nothing like what was advertised. After making the reservation, I contacted the property several times to ask for additional details, but I received no response at any point. The exact location was only provided to us on the day of arrival, shortly before we arrived. When we reached the location, we discovered that the building and apartment were completely different from what had been presented in the listing. The advertisement also suggested a property with facilities such as an indoor swimming pool and restaurants/cafés downstairs. In reality, it was an old and visibly worn apartment building in the middle of a residential neighborhood, with none of the atmosphere or facilities shown in the advertisement. Although the apartment was clean, it was extremely old and did not resemble the property shown in the photos. Apart from the view from the veranda, almost nothing matched what we had been led to expect. One of the bedrooms was particularly problematic. It was partially covered by wooden structures, and we could not sleep properly because water was constantly dripping from the air-conditioning units of the neighboring apartments. The veranda was also wet for the same reason. We complained and asked to be moved to another apartment. The alternative offered to us was another apartment in the exact same building, and it was smaller. The listing also mentioned free parking in the area, but finding a free space was simply a matter of luck, so we ultimately had to pay for a private parking space.
