I love the location and accessing to everything you need in the community.

The AC wasn’t working in one of the rooms and the electric kettle. There’s no pressing iron in the property, no toilet paper. The staff promised to replace them but nothing was done.

Misleading amenities, maintenance issues, and unlivable conditions.

The manager was responsive on WhatsApp when resolving our initial complaint and showing us alternative options. The second flat we moved into was quite spacious, featuring comfortable beds, a good TV, and a nice sofa.

Check-in & Building Entrance: Arrival was frustrating due to confusing check-in instructions that required immediate mobile data to contact the host on WhatsApp. The shared building corridor was dark, dirty, and smelled strongly of smoke and sweat. Worse, a leak from the apartments above dripped sewage-smelling water directly onto the main front staircase, making the steps slippery and landing on us every time we entered or exited. Misleading Amenities & Parking: The listing’s promised amenities were almost entirely non-existent: Parking: No parking spaces were available on premises. We had to circle heavily congested streets to compete with residents for street spots, and the promised parking assistant never appeared. Pool & Jacuzzi: There was no jacuzzi, and the "indoor pool" if existed all, was locked (we were informed it was winter-only). Instead, we were directed to a nearby outdoor public pool that charged an extra fee per person. Apartment Conditions & Relocation The original four-bedroom apartment was completely unlivable—it reeked of sewage, had broken beds, a non-working TV, a broken AC unit, broken door handles, and our children even found a cockroach in the bathroom. After we complained, management relocated us to a second unit. While this replacement flat was more spacious, it had cheap, poorly executed refurbishments that felt like they were falling apart, and the view was much inferior to what was originally promised. Furthermore, the bathrooms in both flats were terrible: old, dirty, and nothing like the modern online photos enhances by AI. The showers lacked screens or curtains, causing water to flood the floor during every use, and none of the bathroom doors had working locks, forcing us to stand guard outside for privacy.

Elhelyezkedése, kilátás az apartmanból.

Összességében elfogadható lett volna ha amit tartalmaz meg is kapjuk. Nem volt pezsgőfürdő. Leírásban szerepelt a pezsgőfürdő ami a teraszon kellett volna lennie. Volt hasonló szállás direkt a pezsgőfürdő miatt választottuk. Megirtuk a hiányosságokat azonnal a tulajdonosnak de erre semmit nem reagált. Az erkélyen szétrohadt a korlát, életveszélyes volt.
