Good but no WiFi!!
The property was of a decent size, pretty clean, everything functioned well, nice terrace
There was no WiFi and the owners said that the router was under maintenance and would be delivered on the second day of our stay, however, it was never delivered and all the questions about it it were ignored.

Nicht gut!
Sehr positiv war Check In. Die tatsächliche Anschrift und Check In Daten haben wir leider erst kurz vor Ankunft bekommen, obwohl wir zwei Monate danach gefragt haben. Die Ansprechpartnerin war telefonisch erreichbar, leider aber nicht in der Lage die Probleme immer zu lösen.
Wir haben ein Kinderbett kostenlos bekommen und dazu einen Kinderstuhl, das war sehr gut. Wir hatten Spülmittel und Küchenrolle in der Wohnung. Waschmaschine ist neu.
Die Wohnung ist etwa 10-15 Minuten entfernt von dem Strand und 20 Minuten vom Zentrum, was bei unserer Buchung als 1-2 Minuten angegeben war. Wohnung ist in einem schlechtem Zustand, ungepflegt und runtergekommen. Terrasse ist verdreckt, Bad und Schlafzimmer im Kellergeschoss sind verschimmelt und riechen unangenehm, dazu gibt es Schmetterlingsmücken in der unteren Etage. Als wir ankamen war Boden ganz dreckig und in einem Badezimmer lagen Glasscherben rum. Betten sahen in einem Zimmer nicht frisch gemacht aus. Wir können die Wohnung leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

La nostra esperienza in questa casa purtroppo è stata negativa.
Al nostro arrivo mancavano diverse cose di prima necessità, tra cui detersivo, sapone per le mani e sacchetti per la spazzatura. Le forchette, inoltre, si separavano letteralmente a metà, segno di una scarsa qualità. Abbiamo riscontrato anche problemi di pulizia: le pentole lasciate nel forno emanavano un forte odore di pesce e non sembravano adeguatamente lavate, anche considerando l’assenza di detersivo per piatti. Anche nelle lenzuola abbiamo trovato dei capelli.
L’unico aspetto positivo è stato trovare l’aria condizionata già accesa al nostro arrivo.
Il problema più grave si è verificato il secondo giorno: tornando tardi dalla spiaggia, ci siamo accorti che l’acqua era stata interrotta. Abbiamo contattato la responsabile, che ci ha spiegato di aver ricevuto una comunicazione sull’interruzione, ma noi siamo stati informati solamente quando il problema era già in corso.
La situazione è stata particolarmente disagevole perché avevamo una cena di compleanno e stavamo facendo tardi. Siamo stati costretti a cercare un market aperto e spendere circa 15 € in bottiglie d’acqua per poterci lavare. Anche l’utilizzo del WC è diventato problematico, non essendo possibile utilizzare lo scarico.
Ci era stato comunicato che l’acqua sarebbe tornata alle 11:00 della mattina successiva, ma a quell’ora non era ancora disponibile e dovevamo effettuare il check-out. Siamo quindi stati costretti a lavarci in spiaggia, sostenendo ulteriori spese.
Comprendiamo che l’interruzione potesse dipendere da un problema esterno, ma riteniamo insufficiente la gestione e soprattutto la comunicazione, visto che la responsabile era stata avvisata in anticipo. Considerati i disagi e le spese sostenute, ci saremmo aspettati almeno una proposta di rimborso parziale o di non pagare la tassa di soggiorno.

Struttura sporca e posizione diversa da quella dichiarata.
L'host si è offerto di trasferirci per una notte in un'altra struttura.
Siamo una coppia con un bimbo di 1 anno. Dopo aver comunicato con largo anticipo il nostro orario di arrivo ed esserci state comunicate dall'host le modalità di check in, arriviamo alla struttura nell'orario previsto e troviamo l'appartamento completamente sporco con buste di spazzatura in vari punti della casa, cicche di sigaretta nei posacenere, stoviglie sporche nel lavello, asciugamani usati nei bagni completamente sporchi e biancheria del letto usata. Contattiamo subito l'host che riferisce che la signora delle pulizie le avesse detto che fosse tutto apposto e che non sapendo cosa fosse successo avrebbe verificato. Dopo 10 minuti la signora delle pulizie arriva accampando scuse poco credibili e si mette a pulire (una pulizia approssimativa durata forse 10 min). L'host si offre di spostare il nostro soggiorno in un hotel lì vicino, senza specificare che sarebbe stato solo per una notte anziché due come da prenotazione originale. Il giorno dopo ci chiama dicendo che saremo dovuti andare via dall'hotel dove ci aveva prenotato per tornare all'appartamento assicurandoci che fosse stato pulito.
La pulizia era in realtà molto approssimativa. Polvere e sporcizia nella cucina e piano cottura, puzza di spazzatura dal bidone dell'umido, e assenza di buste per la differenziata. Inoltre nonostante avessimo espresso la nostra necessità di utilizzare la cucina avendo un bambino piccolo ci accorgiamo al momento del pranzo che il piano cottura non funziona, e pur avendo contattando l'host per una soluzione ci risponde solo diverse ore dopo.
Per quanto riguarda il bagno assente carta igienica e sapone. Oltre anche qui una pulizia molto approssimativa dei sanitari.
Nel piano terra e seminterrato è presente inoltre un fortissimo odore di muffa.
