Reviews

4 / 10

Overall, we found the property to be significantly overpriced for what it offers.

The garden looks nice

Unfortunately, our experience did not match the expectations set by the listing or the previous reviews. The biggest issue was a persistent mold smell throughout the entire house. This was noticeable from the moment we arrived and remained throughout our stay. Despite the host's responses to previous reviews claiming that the walls had been treated, the problem still exists. Other issues we encountered: - No hand soap was provided in the bathroom. - Only two rolls of toilet paper were supplied for four guests staying one week. - There was no hot water on the first day because the gas cylinders were empty and had not been checked before our arrival. - The house had not been properly cleaned; we found leaves on the floor, suggesting it had not been vacuumed. - There is no air conditioning and no insect screens on the windows. - No garbage bags were provided, yet guests are expected to separate and dispose of their waste. - The bidet occasionally works only if the flush button is pressed very firmly. - The drains do not function properly. Both the kitchen sink and the shower drain very slowly, causing water to accumulate before it eventually drains away. - The shower is extremely small and uncomfortable to use. (as it was mentioned in another review) - Some electrical outlets work, while others do not. - Waste collection follows a strict schedule by material. If your check-out day does not coincide with the collection schedule, you are expected to take the remaining waste yourself to the local recycling center. - The photos give a better impression than the actual condition of the property. - There is no on-site management or staff. All communication is handled remotely. We do not understand how it has received so many highly rated reviews without detailed comments, as our experience was far from satisfactory. Based on our stay, we would not recommend this accommodation.

Fajna miejscówka blisko morza

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Całkiem klimatyczne miejsce

Trochę skomplikowana segregacja śmieci. Ale to raczej uwarunkowania lokalne. Reszta ok.

Porticato esterno sfruttabile per mangiare e fantastica doccia all'aperto molto comoda. Giardino ben tenuto.

Cucinotto cieco, comunque ben fornito di tutto l'occorrente. Cuscini a nostro parere poco comodi.

NO RECOMIENDO!!
