Severely disappointing, horrible and disgusting!
Terrible and nightmarish experience there!
The host was contacted immediately after booking, on WhatsApp and email, no response. After some days, I then called as it was 3 days before arrival to ask for the address since only the post code was available on booking site, the host response was that I should call when coming.
On the day of arrival, I called while on my way to ask for the house number and how to get the key, the host responded that I should call while at the post code. On arrival at the post code, I called several times and no response, I had spent more than 30 minutes outside being ignored, not knowing where to go, then I went to a nearby bus stop to sit down and possibly consider to book for another place as it was getting late in the evening. I thought of trying again and luckily this time, the host responded in a cold-hearted, inhumane manner to describe the property, saying that I should ring a doorbell number when there. I had to stay more than 10 minutes again at the general entrance before I could be let in by another guest who led me through the stairs up and the hallway into the twin untidy rooms. Clearly, the host hadn't made any prior preparation for my arrival.
On getting to the unlocked room, it was untidy. Bathroom smelly and unkempt, no hot water in the bath, couldn't get any access to Wifi. Abandoned toilet which had not been cleaned for months. Dirty bedspreads with litters all over the place, neither the main entrance door or own rooms had any key provided for the locks. All efforts made to contact the owner after seeing the decrepit condition of the property was abortive as he wouldn't pick up or respond. No customer service to make further request or complaints.
I hope by this review other prospective guest would be saved from the hazard of this unsafe and unhygienic property.
This host should be banned from listing this as a studio under false pretense, misleading unsuspecting guest.
£247 wasted!

Appalling, filthy, unsecured room, a disgrace
Filthy room, rude staff, broken locks, furniture, broken cupboards, one entrance key for all and a universal key that fits all rooms thar everyone can access. Main contact abrupt and unhelpful changed main door key code and did not tell me, I was locked out with another guest and other guest had to let us in. Absolutely disgusting place. Supposed to be a family room, 2nd bed in a storage cupboard, broken key in lock. Toilet just rank.
The size of the rooms are pretty good. The size of the kitchen and the bathrooms are also very good.
The cleanliness of the rooms, toilet and the kitchen were pretty bad. Not all the rooms in the property are ensuite. There is no WiFi in the property. There are no plates, bowls or kettles in the kitchen.
