Unsafe and damp ground floor flat
Noting
Unsafe and damp ground floor flat facing building’s bins
The ground floor flat as usual london flat is very damp and, feels as you are in a cold sauna. It doesn’t go away if you switch on heating. Also it makes bedding feel damp as well.
Alarm in the kitchen goes on very loud, when you boil as little as an egg as there is no cookerhood in the kitchen. We don’t talk about heavy cooking.
Cigarette smoke feels in the bathroom from another flat, especially in the evenings
Unsafe- police report. Someone was at my door in the middle of the night.
Little passage on the end of the building and ground level winwods make it unsafe to leave then open during the night or when you away.
The flat is at street-level facing busy road with buses running day/night, nonproper sound proof. The photos shows views on some green bush 🤣 its not. There is a little bush nect to the window and then there is a bin area/storage for the whole building
There is a camera next to the entrance lock on the flatdoor and its works everytime you come and go. I’m not sure if it’s legal.
When I arrived the flat said was clean but it wasn’t, as photos attached. Even the insid of the toilet wasn’t clean. Yes there was someone’s 💩 inside.
