Great location, a short walk from the Keisei Ueno station, so taking the Skyliner to and from Narita airport is a breeze
The rooms quite tiny

The staff was excellent. Very attentive. The room was clean and the location was very convenient. I don’t think we walked for then 10 minutes for most of our train stations.
It was great for us. It’s definitely in a busier area if you aren’t looking for that sort of stay.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. It’s in a great location from Ueno Station especially for the Keisei Skyliner. All the major metro lines run through stations within walking distance. Lots ok Konbinis nearby and great night life within walking distance for bars and restaurants.
The lifts. On a couple of occasions the lifts were overly busy and it was not within peak times - there is a sign in the elevator warning about how busy it is between 09:30 and 10:30. I had to let three elevators go past on one occasion as they were all full and this was 1pm. The second time was 8pm in the evening when the queue to go up in the elevator was all the way to the door. There are no stairs apart from emergency exits so you just have to wait.
