Outstanding location, you’ll be right in Ueno. But we also appreciated that it was quiet in our area. We loved that we were within striking distance of everything in the city.
Nothing comes to mind, but the elevator experience could be frustrating. It would get very backed up at times.

Right in the heart of Ueno. Everything is around the corner. Also very easy access to 2 metro/train stations.
The lobby gets very crowded when they store everybody's luggage. For an APA hotel is very small lobby.

Location and staff
Walls were paper thin, you could hear everything. Also check in was very chaotic it probably took me 30-45 minutes to check in.
