SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS AND SPACES
The loft accommodates up to 4 people thanks to two separate sleeping areas.
The first is a bright mezzanine with a double bed, ideal as the
master bedroom. The second is a room near the entrance with a double bed, designed as an additional sleeping area—note that this room has no windows, making it a quiet space ideal for those sensitive to light, but less suitable for travelers who need natural light when they wake up.
The open-concept living room creates a warm and modern atmosphere, with a
comfortable sofa and blackout curtains for peaceful nights.
FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
Refrigerator, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher,
kettle, toaster—everything you need to cook just like at
home. A full set of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and kitchen utensils
are provided.
BATHROOM
A bathroom with a bathtub, heated towel rack, and hot water.
Towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel, a hair dryer, and toilet paper
are provided.
TERRACE WITH OCEAN VIEW
Your private terrace with a table and chairs awaits you for
lightbreakfasts facing the sea or aperitifs at sunset.
REVERSIBLE AIR CONDITIONING
Cool in summer, warm in winter—year-round comfort

A 2-minute walk from the Antibes train station (Nice in 25 min, Cannes in

PARKING
No private parking assigned to the property. Two options are available
nearby: paid street parking in the neighborhood, and a large
free parking lot at Fort Carré, just a few minutes’ walk away —
an excellent alternative for stays of several nights.

NON-SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation.
Smoking outside is permitted, provided you do not discard
cigarette butts on the ground. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of 500 €
will be imposed.
EVENTS
Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
QUIET HOURS
Out of respect for the neighbors, please keep noise levels
reasonable after 10 p.m.
PETS
Pets are allowed for a fee of 20 €.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in is between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
Check-out is by 11:00 a.m.
A fee of 30 € applies for arrivals after 7:00 p.m.
CAPACITY
The accommodation sleeps up to 4 people.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of 1,000 € is required. It will be refunded
within 24 to 48 hours after departure, following an inspection of
the condition of the property.
ACCESS KEYFOB
You are responsible for the access keyfob provided.
If lost, a fee of €100 will be charged.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Strict—Full refund if canceled at least 30 days
before arrival. Partial refund if canceled between 7 and
30 days before arrival.
