Fully air-conditioned 3-room apartment (reversible cold-hot) in Antibes, comfortable 70 m2 on the first floor of the villa, capacity for 4 people (possibility of 5th person), 2 bedrooms, independent integrated and fully equipped kitchen.

Absolutely level access for people with reduced mobility.
In a really very quiet area, the really privileged geographical location of this holiday accommodation, really protected from noise although central and with a very flowery environment, allows visits to the historic center, restaurant outings, shopping, access to the beaches, the port and the sea without the need for the car.
Free private parking space inside the gated property.
Free very high-speed Wi-Fi connection.
A terrace with barbecue and a gazebo in the private upper garden pleasantly complete this apartment designed for leisure and relaxation.
It's the countryside in the city!
The SNCF train station is a 10-minute walk away, the bus stops for Nice and Cannes are less than 5 minutes walk away. Nice Côte d'Azur airport is 16 km away (access also by direct bus n° 250 whose station in Antibes is less than a 10-minute walk from the rental).
The car is therefore not essential to spend a serene and relaxed holiday with us.
