The vacation home “Am Deich Haus 32” offers 71 m² of living space with modern comforts and a wide range of amenities for a pleasant stay in the Baltic Sea resort of Zingst on the Darß Peninsula. The property is situated in a prime location, just about 200 meters from the fine-sand beach of the Baltic Sea. Take advantage of the opportunity to enjoy the region’s maritime charm at any time: stroll along the dunes, relax on the beach, or wind down the evening with a walk along the shore.
The two-story vacation home is designed to accommodate up to four people and is ideal for families, couples, and those seeking relaxation. On the first floor is the open and bright living room, which invites you to linger with its comfortable seating, a wood-burning stove for cozy warmth on cooler days, and a flat-screen TV.
Directly adjacent to the living room is the open dining area with a dining table and the fully equipped kitchen. Here you’ll find, among other things, a ceramic cooktop with an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and all the essential kitchen utensils, as well as dishes and silverware.
The accommodation features two bedrooms with a total of four sleeping spots; the carpeted floors create a cozy and warm atmosphere. For your comfort, there is a modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer. There is also a separate guest restroom. All windows in the house are equipped with fly screens and privacy screens and can be easily darkened.
The house offers access to a private patio, which is furnished with patio furniture and a parasol and invites you to relax outdoors. In the private garden, you’ll find a charcoal grill for social barbecue evenings.
