The Am Deich Haus 18 vacation home is located in the Baltic Sea resort town of Zingst on the Darß Peninsula and, with 71 m² of living space, offers the perfect setting for a relaxing stay on the Baltic Sea coast. Thanks to its location right next to the fine-sand beach—which is just 250 meters away—you can enjoy a relaxing vacation right by the coast. The total lot size of 200 m² and a private terrace with a garden provide plenty of space for cozy moments outdoors. Comfortable lounge chairs, patio furniture, a beach umbrella, and a charcoal grill round out the amenities for social days and evenings in the great outdoors.
The house spans two floors and has a total of three rooms. Two bedrooms, equipped with allergy-friendly materials and vinyl flooring, can accommodate up to four people; a crib and a high chair are available for younger guests. The open-concept living and dining area creates a pleasant atmosphere by combining modern furnishings with functionality. The living room, featuring tile flooring and a comfortable sofa, invites you to relax. A CD player and a radio are also available for entertainment. Wi-Fi internet access is, of course, provided.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and a comprehensive selection of kitchenware: A dishwasher, induction stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, and blender make self-catering a breeze. The dining area and dining table are harmoniously integrated into the living space.
