Unfinished with no scenic view!

Souterrain (almost under ground) therefore lacking daylight. No scenic view. In-between bed size with a single bed cover. Very noisy when people are living on the ground floor. Everything was unfinished. Everything felt onhygienic. I would strongly recommend to finish the building before putting this up for rent. Also re-arrange the furniture in the living space and the bathroom.

We enjoyed staying at this house. It was very convenient, clean and the host was kind.

The apartment had everything that we needed and the check-in/out procedures were straight forward. We would stay here again.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

9 / 10

It was an excellent stay and fully recommended for a family visit and stay.

It was very easy to find the location and the key to the apartment. It was a very nice, clean and quite neighbourhood. The whole apartment was very clean and well equipped and almost perfect for a family acomodation, with really nice morning views. The host was excellent, very responsive and extremely supportive.

Everything was good.

Highly recommended for families seeking spacious and comfortable accommodation within easy reach of Bergen.

The property is a three-storey villa divided into two separate apartments. We stayed in the larger apartment, which extends over two floors and includes six bedrooms. The main bedroom, located on the ground floor, is furnished with a very comfortable continental bed. The apartment has two bathrooms, although only one of them is equipped with a shower. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to enter, creating a bright and pleasant atmosphere. One of the most impressive features is the terrace, which offers a beautiful view over the lake. Private parking spaces are available for guests. The second apartment is located in the basement and contains three bedrooms. Our host and the owner, Emah, was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The property is approximately a ten-minute drive from Bergen city centre. We parked at ByGarasjen, which is conveniently located above the central bus terminal. Overall, the villa offers spacious accommodation, attractive surroundings, convenient parking, and easy access to central Bergen.

There were a few minor maintenance issues, such as some door handles that could benefit from lubrication or the tightening of screws. However, the main concern was the level of noise coming from the basement apartment. This was not a significant problem for us, as we are accustomed to some background noise, but the sound insulation between the two apartments could be improved to provide greater privacy and comfort for guests.
