Run you fools

Nothing.

If you can still cancel your stay, do it. This apartment was either unfinished or extremely poorly maintained. It should not be rented in its current condition. The shower was broken and unusable, and the washing machine was not connected to water. There were no curtains or blinds except in one bedroom, meaning daylight came in from around 5:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m., making it almost impossible to sleep and leaving no privacy at all. There were no pillowcases, which was honestly disgusting. In the bathroom sink, hot and cold water were inverted which resulted in one guest being badly burnt. One of the bedrooms had no heating system. The sleeping arrangements were also not as expected: there were only two proper double beds and one small bed. The apartment also had several safety and maintenance issues: a broken chair, cables hanging everywhere, broken lightbulbs, and we could not find any smoke/fire alarm, which was very concerning (edit: we located it before leaving, it was in a drawer not functioning). There was absolutely no basic comfort provided: no kettle, no coffee machine, no soap, no cooking oil, and nothing that would make the stay even remotely pleasant. The host repeatedly told us “yes, I’ll come,” but no one ever came to fix anything or help us. We felt completely ignored and mocked. Booking.com has been completely unhelpful so far. We are requesting a full refund for the stay, as well as additional compensation, because the apartment was not suitable for guests. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Blisko do centrum Bryggen, Blisko do sklepu i przystanek autobusowy. W apartamencie było ciepło, wygodne łóżka, czysta pościel i ręczniki.

Apartament niezgodny ze zdjęciami. Wymaga remontu. Brudne ściany, niewykończone pomieszczenia, brak czajnika, sztućców, kubków i krzeseł jak na 7 osób była jedna mała łyżeczka i 4 kubki do herbaty. Brudny piekarnik i zmywarka.

Komunikacj

Lokalizacja i przestronny apartament.
