The access to the room was easy, the communication via text message was very efficient and clear. Host also very responsive.
The room itself and the en-suite bathroom was great, plenty of space. My room had a little outside/balcony area - no views). There was an iron, a board and a hair dryer (bonus). The air conditioning was in fully working order (important to me). Also other amenities such as a TV, coffee machine and a fridge.
Everything was spotless clean.
Bed was comfy too, great nights sleep.
Italian Breakfast is included via some tokens to a caffe, litterally one minute walk. Breakast was great, choice of pastries, coffee...etc. If you wanted a more continental breakfast, also available (at your own cost, no via token).
Short walk from the train station (10min), and to the main shopping street (5min) and to the old city and harbour (10-15 min)
THIS IS NOT AN ISSUE, just a personal preference. All the communication is done via messages, which is okay, but it would be nicer to meet someone (for the keys, brief explanation on lift and surroundings).
